1. Accommodation at the conference venue in Suzdal
Accommodation in "Pushkarskaya Sloboda" hotel is available at conference dates since September 2, 2012 till September 6, 2012.
The Pushkarskaya Sloboda hotel consists of several 19th-century buildings, traditional Russian log cabins, and a modern annex. All rooms and suites feature a flat-screen TV set, minibar, and private bathroom. Wi-Fi is free.There are rooms with panoramic views of the Kamenka River and Suzdal Kremlin.
Spa facilities at the Sloboda include gym, hammam, and beauty salon.
Russian specialities and varied European dishes are served in a la carte restaurants.

3. Pre- and post-conference accommodation in Moscow (if required)
The meeting point for group transfers on September 02, 2012 will be the N.D. Zelinsky Institute of Organic Chemistry Russian Academy of Science (ZIOC RAS), so we recommend the following hotels fpr pre- and post-conference accommodation. The pickup time will be announced later.

Cancellation policy
- Cancellation of hotel accommodation booking prior to August 15, 2012 - no penalty
