The group transfer will be organized for all participants of the 5th Baltic Meeting on Microbial Carbohydrates.

We would like to offer you transportation from the airport/railway station to the hotel and from the hotel to the airport/ railway station. The booking of transfers will be made available at your account page at later date, in the "Additional Services" section.

The transfer fee includes:
- Pick up at an airport/railway station or at a hotel lobby with a sign (name of the participant or BMMC5) and transfer by economy class car
- Free of charge waiting period
- 1 hour at the airport
- 30 minutes at the railway station
- 15 minutes at the hotel lobby

• contact mobile number*
* The contact phone number is necessary to reach the passenger in cases of unforeseen circumstances (such as flight delays, additional custom control, getting lost and etc.). If the contact phone number is unavailable at the pick-up period of time or it has not been stated in the Comments field, any claims about the transfer services quality will be overruled as unjustified.
NB: We do not recommend you to use the private taxi service at the airports and stations since the provided service and the transportation cost may not accord any standards.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
1) The deadline for applications and payment of transfers — 24 August 2012.
2) Cancellation before 30 August 2012 — no penalty, after 30 August 2012 — 100% penalty.
All the refunds are processed after the conference with a minus of bank charges and overheads.
