The registration fee covers
· visa support
· transfer from Moscow to Suzdal and back
· participants’ kit including book of abstracts (for delegates and students)
· coffee-breaks
· three lunches in Suzdal
· welcome mixer and conference dinner
· sightseeing tour around Suzdal
· additional sightseeing tours (for accompanying persons)
Refund policy:
Cancellation prior to August 15th, 2012: registration fee is refunded, except for expenses already incurred at the time of the cancellation;
Cancellation after August 15th, 2012: no refund.
Refunds are made after the end of the Conference.
Payment prodecure
In order to pay registration fee, accommodation and other services:
- Register in the online registration system at the Conference website.
- Gain access to your account. Save the login and password sent to the e-mail address that you have specified. If you lose login details, you can retrieve them by contacting Conference Technical Secretariat (5bmmc@maximice.ru)
- Select the services you want to order
- Select the payment method, enter required information in "Enter payer"
- Follow the instructions to pay for the selected services
The payments can be done in two different ways:
- Payment by bank transfer
The invoice for payment by bank transfer (the total amount for chosen services) is created automatically by pressing the corresponding button. It is possible to pay in EURO. A participant should print out the Invoice and instruct his/her bank or accounts department to remit the money. The bank fees are covered by the participant.
In order to confirm your payment we kindly as you to send a copy of your bank transfer order by e-mail to 5bmmc@maximice.ru. - Payment by credit card
The MaxiMICE LLc uses Assist as the secure credit card Internet payment system. Assist e-payment system uses SSL-connection, making your purchase safe on-line. If you have chosen an Internet payment option simply follow the steps of instruction.
